Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains delivery, refund, and support for Present Moment's one-time digital credit purchases.
Effective date: 2026-08-16
1. One-Time Digital Purchases
Present Moment currently sells one-time digital credit packs, not recurring subscriptions. No subscription cancellation is required, and there is no automatic renewal unless a future checkout clearly states otherwise before purchase.
Current paid credits expire 30 days after purchase. The plan contents, price, and expiration are disclosed before checkout. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.
2. Delivery
Credits are added to the purchasing account after confirmed payment. A credit should be consumed only after the requested paid feature is successfully delivered.
If a technical problem prevents or unreasonably delays delivery, contact support. Depending on the circumstances, we or the Merchant of Record may retry delivery, restore the credit, provide a replacement, or issue a full or partial refund.
3. When to Contact Us
Email support.presentmoment@gmail.com with the account email, approximate purchase time, and receipt, order ID, or report ID if available. We aim to acknowledge the request within two business days.
- You were charged more than once or for the wrong amount.
- Payment succeeded but the purchased credits were not added.
- A paid credit was consumed but the requested report or feature was not delivered.
- A persistent technical issue unreasonably delayed access to the purchased product.
- You believe a transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent.
4. Refund Eligibility
Duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorized transactions, and purchases that were not delivered because of a verified service failure are eligible for correction, replacement, restored credits, or a refund, as appropriate. We may use account activity, delivery logs, and payment-provider records to verify the request.
You may request a refund for wholly unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Unless there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or another lawful basis to decline the request, we will approve it subject to applicable law and the Merchant of Record's buyer terms.
After a paid feature has been successfully delivered or a credit has been consumed, we generally do not provide a refund solely because you changed your mind, disagree with an AI-assisted interpretation, or consider the report less useful than expected. This does not limit remedies for non-delivery, material technical failure, incorrect charging, fraud, or rights that cannot legally be waived.
Expired credits are generally not refundable unless applicable law or the Merchant of Record requires otherwise. The Merchant of Record may issue a refund at its discretion to comply with law, card-network rules, fraud controls, or chargeback-prevention requirements.
5. Chargebacks and Access
Please contact us or the Merchant of Record shown on your receipt before filing a chargeback so the issue can be investigated. You retain any chargeback rights provided by your card issuer.
If a transaction is refunded, reversed, or disputed, unused credits or related access may be removed. Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated payment disputes may result in account restrictions.
